There are many building blocks to creating a sustainable community: good health, community facilities, opportunities for work and leisure, a quality local environment, involvement of local people and active citizenship.

Joining those issues together between a range of different agencies in any one area can be a challenging task. We need to support effective links that are valuable to the neighbourhoods we work with.

We have 25 years experience of developing and delivering partnership projects and are always ready to explore new initiatives for the benefit of the communities in which we serve. Increasingly we are working with housing associations and PCTs, and as a social partner in public sector framework schemes. This includes the regional Target: Wellbeing programme.
